No matter how hard I tried, I would end up unhappy, disconnected from myself, repeating the same painful cycles. Achieving things on the outside, but feeling lost on the inside.
After leaving an abusive ten-year relationship, I was broken, exhausted and completely lost. That was the moment I knew something had to change not just on the surface, but at the root.
"What followed was the beginning of my real self-discovery."
I threw myself into study, yoga teacher training, somatic work and meditation. For the first time, I began reconnecting with my body after years of living in survival mode. I started to understand that the constant pain in my shoulder wasn't just stress it was trauma my body had been carrying for years.
Around this time, I began working with a hypnotherapist. And everything started to shift.
For the first time, I could speak without overthinking. I felt calmer and clearer. I began to understand how the mind works and how powerful it is in shaping every single part of our lives.
I became fascinated by the mind-body connection, and by how much change is possible when you work with the subconscious instead of fighting against it. This led me to train in Rapid Transformational Therapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy with Marisa Peer, blending hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP and CBT. I went on to deepen my training in parts work, somatic practices and trauma-informed approaches.

I know that place. I also know the way out.
